I would like to thanks the driver of the day, Lawrence,Jin Yang, Mindy, Raini's BF. The first driver will drive to Seremban R&R then the next person will continue driving to Malacca. Thanks for driving us peacefully and safely. Thanks for sponsoring your car for 2 days, Lawrence & Jin Yang. Obviously they sponsored us their car but they need to collect petrol & tol money from us. It's kind of worth actually. Instead of sitting KTM to KL sentral and from there sit KTM to TBS then take a bus to Malacca. This will definitely wasting a lot of precious time which we will also feel very tired after moving and walking from this place to another. Besides, we don't have to waste our time finding a taxi to drive us to our hotel. Taxi rate in Malacca not cheap either. It's a fun trip, so why are we making ourself that tired. Thanks again. So, before we embark on our journey for Malacca, we gathered at Mc.Donald for breakfast. We snap some photo before we leave Mc.Donald.
Mindy when she is concentrating on her driving.
Malacca, here we go. Our plan is very simple and ordinary. After reaching Malacca, they will be coming my house. Yes, my hometown is at Malacca. I am proud for being a Malaccan too. Malacca is a place where is full of historical stuff & also nice food. The first day we will be visiting the very famous Jonker Street in Malacca. By the time we reach Malacca, it will be afternoon already. So, we had our lunch at the so called famous chicken rice ball shop. OMG. We have to line up by the road under the damn sunlight to wait patiently for our turn. I was wondering, why that shop is that famous. Their service sucks. I mean, the way they talk to the customer. What do you mean by you can only order once. So please make sure you know what you want because you cannot add order. Well, I understand your shop is very famous as there are so many tourists rather to line up under the damn sunlight for your chicken rice ball. Talk nicely please. You don't want to lose your customer, don't you ? As we got nothing else better to do, we capture several photos of us under the sun.
After the long queue...
This is almost our turn.
View outside of the Chicken Rice Ball Shop. It's JONKER STREET.
We are in the famous chicken rice ball. Finally our turn to enjoy our lunch.
So many people here just to eat their chicken rice ball.
Table are full.
Both of this guy took my phone and capture their own selfieee.
Lawrence act cute. Bahaha. Jin Yang look so slim.
Raini & I before our lunch are serve. :)
Only 5 chicken rice ball. Hungry.
A cup of Ice Bali to get rid of my thirst & warm up my mood in this HOT weather.
I should praise their chicken. Taste good.
Worth the wait & not really expansive too. Under RM10 for each 8 person.
After having our lunch, we made our way for Jonker Street. The one thing I love Jonker Street is because the place always full of people from all walks of life. Also, selling very cheap accessories, shoes, souvenirs, clothes, pants, beautiful unique stuff etc. Do you know that MALACCA is in one of the place should visit before you die ? I forgotten seeing it online or in a book. That street is so old and so beautiful. Some shop even selling antique stuff. There, you get to see the Malacca famous & traditional Baba & Nyonya heritage museum. Unfortunately, my friends and I didn't get to go. Blame on me, I forgot to bring them to visits these wonderful place. Well, I myself is a mixed blood of Baba Nyonya too. I promise if we have a trip to Malacca again, I'll take photo of that museum okay ?
For now, I only took photos of Jonker Street looks.
What they sell here ?
All kind of stuff. I manage to capture several photos.
Their shop look so historical & unique. It's like the 21st century kids still get to see this old kind of decoration. It's antique. Although it seems to mixed up with some modern light but still manage to see the old decoration.
3 Bottle for RM10. Bargain price.
Cheap and nice.
Why is all this people standing here ?
They are attracted by some beautiful souvenirs they are considering to buy or not.
My POTD & OOTD. I look so weird here. So just ignore my face.
Anyway,
Thanks to the photographer, Mindy.
We went to a boutique shop and capture ourself in front of the mirror again & again.
It's my interest for taking photo everywhere I go.
The 4 girls.
When we are walking, we capture again. :)
Jin Yang & I were wearing a pair of sun glasses.
The sun is so bright, how can we not wear it ?
Lawrence & I.
His post is always that wink. Cute.
Shine Bright Like A Diamond peeps !!!
My housemates + coursemates.
Mindy & I. She is from Sarawak.
After 1 hour shop, we went Mahkota Parade to try the famous layer cake- Nadeje. What a day. We have to queue. Damn it. Why GOD Why ? We need to queue for at least 30-45min for dinning in. I feel so embarrassing because I bring them for a tour then all they need to do is just to wait & wait with the not so qualified good service. Although food are nice, but if your service is poor, who on earth will still come back to you ? I previously saw a post about Nadeje the layer cake shop worker trying to be rude to the customer story. Also, I read it from other blogger's blog too. It's very embarrassing. The one thing I can't deny is their layer cake is really superb. Thumbs up !!! My friend and I have no regret queueing up for nice food. Nadeje Cake is simply very ordinary but taste damn nice. That taste, that cream, that softness, that flavour is damn it unique and good. I'm loving it. One piece of cake cost around RM9.90 if I am not mistaken. The place & decoration looks nice & comfortable.
So, I ordered Pink Guava & Tiramisu layer cake.
After this delicious worth waiting desserts, we made our way back hotel for checking in. I am not staying definitely. My house is here what for overnight at a hotel. I don't think is a hotel. Is more like a motel ? Hostel ? I don't know. The name of the so call motel is Sayang-Sayang Guest House. It is quite a small but beautiful and unique. In each room, they have a sofa downstairs & bed upstairs. It's a small cutie stairs. So then, they don't waste much space. Here is some photos of the room. For twin sharing. A queen/king size bed. I don't usually see this kind of design else where but Malacca. LOL !
The sofa.
The bed.
The tiny little cutie stairs.
Beautiful right ? I know. Room rate is cheap too. We rest & relax ourself for 2 hours. Then I suggest to have seafood for dinner. What is on your mind Malaccan ? The brilliant choice is always the Portuguese Settlement. The scenery there is very beautiful because is near to the sea. The service there is good and fast(when not that many people). Price for the seafood is consider cheap actually. RM15 each person. Actually still depends on what you ordered. Different seafood have different price range. Trust me, their seafood there is really nice & fresh. Try it out if you visit Malacca. Don't know where it is ? Google Search.
Our dishes. I capture it without the fish.
Here is the FISH. RM50.
We enjoyed our night dinner at this wonderful place. After dinner, we went to few of the souvenirs stall selling this Kong Ming Lantern. Which is what the chinese used to write their wishes on the Kong Ming Lantern and light it up to the sky. Sometimes, we have to depends on our luck either. Although the Kong Ming lantern is successfully lighten up, but sometimes it won't fly up the sky but down the sea. Mine is the very good example. My friend help me to light up my Kong Ming Lantern, the moment I let go, that lantern goes downwards. My heart sank. My wishes won't come true. So, I decided to go buy for another one. Thanks God, my blog link successfully fly up high in the sky. I am so happy. My first Kong Ming Lantern. I hope my dream come true.
It is very quite accurate.
My presentation on communication research paper goes very smoothly and I am very happy and satisfied with it.
Fly-y-y...
as high as you can.
Then,we headed to Jonker Street again.
Night time got more variety of things to see and eat. But I never snap any photos except for this.
Basically, this is the end of the day 1 Malacca trip. Time flies. Day 2 plan is to drive up to A'Famosa Malacca. It's been a long time since the last time I went to the water park. Last time when I was a little kiddo, my family and I went A'famosa water park every sunday. I love & enjoy myself playing water but I couldn't swim. I've been looking forward for this A'famosa trip. It seems like disappoint my friend and I a little. We bought our A'famosa water park ticket through Groupon. We forgot to print it out. So, that fella in charge of this coupon thingy urge to not let us in. They say they can help us print but in condition that we have to send them our QR code each of our ticket. The stupidity of Digi 3G mobile data damn slow. We couldn't even access through the internet. After trying & failing for 30min. We figure out some idea by calling someone to help us send that stupid email. I called by brother. Fortunately, he is at home. As kevin yong the one who bought the ticket, so he have to use my phone and send his groupon ID,log in facebook go to the my purchase list and printscreen all that 8 ticket QR codes then send to my brother.
Thanks God for my brother help, we manage to get in the A'famosa water park. So, just in case you people don't know, If you purchase ticket or book something through online the internet, you have to print it out as a prove to proceed. By the time we get in the water park is already 2pm or 2:30pm. We only have 4 hours to play. I couldn't manage to take photo inside the A'famosa Water Park. I am sorry. I have to enjoy myself because I don't have much time. But, I did capture some photo outside of the A'famosa. So, please don't get mad.
After we get down from our car. We are the awesome and best 4 !!! :D
Nothing better to do ?
A'famosa look.
Hi,Lawrence. I see your big "WAT" face.

Look like my big brother.
Mr.Jin Yang & I.
Last but not least, our group photo outside the A'famosa !!!
Eyes on the 4 boys & 4 girls.
Last time, the A'famosa are well maintained. Now, I don't think they maintain it well anymore. The water is very dirty. My friend and I even saw few dead insects body floating around the water. It is very disgusting to swim in the green-blue-yellowish water. I hope they will keep maintaining their water park. Don't scare the customers away please. Overall, A'famosa is awesome and nice. It's very windy that day because It's just after the rain stop. I hope I get to go on more trip and experienced more different new thing with everyone of my friend. It is a very good experience and nice when you can travel while you are young. Imagine when you are getting old, you have to think about your career, your marriage, your children. Where on earth the time you have to travel with your friend ? Treasure the time while you are young !!! YOLO !!!
After this 2 days trip, our friendship got even more closer and stronger. After A'famosa, we went back KL. Ended our day together for dinner at KL.
